New Forza Motorsport launching on Xbox and PC in 2023

Forza Motorsport 7 is finally getting updated with a successor title. And Microsoft isn’t calling it Motorsport 8, which sounds like an obvious name, but rather the game is called “Forza Motorsport.” The trailer of the new game has been released and the launch is scheduled for next year.

Forza Motorsport Launch Timeline and Supported Consoles/PCs

The new Forza Motorsport will launch in the spring of 2023. It will be the successor to Motorsport 7, which was launched back in 2017. Since it doesn’t have an ‘8’ in its name, it will most likely be called Forza Motorsport 2023. Gamers The game should be coming to PC, Xbox X and Xbox S.

What has been improved in Forza Motorsport 2023?

The gameplay shown in the trailer shows some improvements in the new version. The obvious improvements that can be seen from its trailer are better reflections. The in-game environment also appears to be a bit more polished. Some of the visible elevations are in texture, vegetation, and detailed phases.

Forza Motorsport 2023 will get the Maple Valley track which was initially seen in Motorsport 2005. The game also features Laguna Seca Raceway, Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and Kyalami Grand Prix circuit tracks. All tracks in the game will have a dynamic timing system, which means the timing is sure to change as you play the game. This is in contrast to Motorsport 7, which has only a limited number of tracks supporting the dynamic timing system.

“Changes in the time of day change the ambient temperature, which, in turn, affects the track surface temperature,” said Chris Esaki, creative director for Forza Motorsport.

Apart from this, ray-tracing is also present in race-tracing. The overall lighting and details also appear to have improved in the new motorsport game when the car was damaged. In addition, there are some car additions in the new game.
